Spring…
The sun just peeked over the horizon.
Spring has arrived. The
first day of Spring. It rained over
night. There are a couple of dark
clouds ;hanging around. But Spring
has arrived.
Hyacinths and narcissus are blooming.
Trees are budding and leafing out. Spring
is here.
Winter—the long gloomy winter is past.
The cold, cold days and colder nights are over.
Spring is here. S’T
I knew Spring was coming. I
could look on the calendar and see the date.
March 21. I could look
around and see new growth. Life.
Color.
The end of another winter.
A cold bleak winter. A long
and lonely winter. I did not enjoy
this winter. I endured.
I moaned. I groaned.
Winter had crept into my soul. But
Spring is here. Today.
Now. A promise of new life.
Another chance. Beautiful.
Colorful. Amazing.
Spring.

Yes, there will be rain. Some
cold. But, Spring is here.
Time to put off the old. Take
up the new. Spring.
Sunshine. Time to let my
spirit soar. Hope is back.
