Set-up for Dan Miller’s Keynote

Setup Time:

We will arrive at least one hour prior to the meeting to set up and check equipment. (For early morning presentations we could to set up the night before if possible.)

The Room

PLATFORM: Risers or stage (12x8 feet is nice.)

LIGHTING: Floodlights or spotlights towards me.

P. A. SYSTEM: Two Microphones: Wireless Lapel Mic on me & a Mic on floor stand for guitar

PRODUCT TABLE: In back or just outside the room - For book and video sales. (6’ will

do)

Placed on the stage.

An Armless stool -table height (Bar stool type)

A Small Sturdy Table -for props

A microphone on a floor stand (for guitar)

Near The Stage

1. A Large Screen - (placed where all can see.)

2. An LCD Projector with cart & power source

3. A Laptop Computer with a MS PowerPoint program

4. Remote to change slides. (Or laptop on stage near me)

5. Extension cord with a Power strip for computer & projector.

(I will bring a disc for your computer) ( No sound needed for PowerPoint)
