Time:
We will arrive at
least one hour prior to the meeting to set up and check equipment.
(For early morning presentations we could to set up the night before if
possible.)

is nice.)

towards me.
P. A. SYSTEM: Two Microphones: Wireless Lapel Mic on me & a Mic on
floor stand

3. A Laptop Computer with a MS PowerPoint program

Remote to change slides. (Or laptop on stage near me)

Extension cord with a Power strip for computer & projector.
(I
will bring a disc for your computer)
